Enter’s Work Honored at National Business Award

The Sber City residential complex received an award in the category "Urban Housing and Innovative Clusters Construction," embodying creativity in urban development.

 

On July 3, 2025, the Federal Integration Foresight Forum "Russian Creative Development 2025. Infrastructure for Life" and the National Business Award 2025 ceremony took place at the Congress Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. More than 200 participants discussed strategic directions for the transformation of urban development in Russia by 2030. For the first time, participants from government and public organizations were gathered under the official protocol, including the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation, the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Creative Economy," the state corporation "VEB.RF," the Joint-Stock Company "DOM.RF," the Skolkovo Foundation, and other leading organizations in the construction and economic sectors.

The event demonstrated the readiness of various structures for constructive dialogue and joint search for innovative solutions in urban development. The central themes of the discussions included: creative development as a strategy for sustainable urban development, innovative approaches to industrial renovation, digitalization of urban infrastructure, and ecological standards of modern construction.

The honorary speakers of the forum included: Chairman of the Council for Financial, Industrial, and Investment Policy, member of the Board of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation Vladimir Gamza, General Director of the ShOSPI Alisher Tajiev, Head of the Regulatory and Methodological Work Department of the federal project "Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment" of the Federal Autonomous Institution "Project Directorate of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation" Jemal Surmanidze, Director of Acceleration at Build UP and Head of the "Urban Technologies" direction at the Skolkovo Foundation Yuri Khakhanov. The speakers presented conceptual solutions for creating a comfortable urban environment and implementing advanced technological solutions in construction.

Particular attention was given to ESG projects and creative strategies for the development of regional territories. Forum participants agreed to establish an interdepartmental working group to develop a national strategy for creative development by 2030. The event demonstrated the high potential of the Russian construction complex in the field of innovative and sustainable urban space development.

As part of the integration foresight forum, the National Business Award ceremony took place. Specialists in the fields of construction, real estate, and infrastructure were invited to the awards. Enter Construction was awarded in the category "Urban Housing and Innovative Clusters Construction" for the Sber City project, which became a significant event in modern urban architecture.

At the award ceremony held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the project director of Enter Construction, Fuad Mamedov, spoke. In his speech, he revealed the history and development strategy of the company and detailed the Sber City project and its construction phases. "Our path in construction began with small projects. Thanks to systematic and diligent work, we can now implement large projects like the Sber City residential complex. Our offices are also located in other foreign cities. Our young team is united by the desire to implement complex technological solutions. We are like-minded individuals who see overcoming professional challenges as our goal. The construction of over 30,000 cubic meters of concrete on a site of 20,000 square meters is just the beginning of our ambitious plans," concluded the company representative. Fuad Mamedov also noted that the Sber City residential complex project incorporated vacuum waste removal systems and centralized energy efficiency.
