Innovation

In the "Ilyinka 3/8" project, we applied unique approaches to the finishing of the elite residential complex. The execution of intricately carved stone elements and sculptures, achieved through manual craftsmanship, resulted in a distinctive architectural character for the building.

Human Focus

In implementing the project, we considered the significance of the complex's location in the historical center of Moscow. The combination of modern functionality with premium-class architecture and attention to detail created a space that meets the high demands of residents and harmoniously fits into the surrounding environment.
