  • General contractor for the construction of the multifunctional complex, cluster B01, located on the banks of the Moscow River as part of the futuristic Sber City project. The project includes the construction of 479 apartments, 20 townhouses, and an underground parking zone with a total area of 70000 m²

We act as the general contractor for the construction of a multifunctional complex that combines apartments, townhouses, and parking, thereby demonstrating our ability to execute large and complex projects and set trends in urban planning.

    Within the project, we carry out a wide range of work—from earthworks and concrete works to facade and finishing works, including the installation of engineering systems and landscaping. A systematic approach and attention to detail allow us to ensure high construction quality and move towards the planned completion date—2027.
