Complete scope of works: finishing works, including engineering systems (MEP), in 108 business-class apartments with a total area of 5900 m², located on 52 floors, including the entire usable area, as well as in an underground parking lot with a total area of 3224 m²

• installation of ceramic tiles;
• finishing of elevator lobbies and elevators;
• installation of parquet flooring;
• wall painting and installation of decorative elements;
• ceiling installation;
• electrical and telecommunications works, including laying of pipes, cables, and installation of electrical panels;
• installation of outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures;
• heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (HVAC);
• installation of water supply and sanitary engineering systems;
• installation of all types of plumbing fixtures;
• commissioning works and handover of the property to apartment owners.

Innovation
In the Sky Garden project, we applied modern technologies and materials in the finishing works and installation of engineering systems. The use of advanced solutions allowed us to create a comfortable and functional space with panoramic views of Moscow and landscaped park areas.

By completing a full range of works—from laying ceramic tiles and installing parquet flooring to mounting HVAC systems and water supply—we ensured high-quality finishing of 108 business-class apartments and underground parking. A systematic approach allowed us to implement the project in accordance with high standards and within the established deadlines.

Human Focus
In the implementation of the Sky Garden project, we considered the needs of future residents: we worked on finishing elevator lobbies, installing decorative elements and lighting fixtures, and setting up sanitary engineering systems. All of this is aimed at creating a comfortable, safe, and aesthetically pleasing living space.
